Required Languages: English and Croatian
Location: Teleperformance in Zagreb

What skills are needed to join?
- You have an advanced level of English in spoken and written.
- You have a native level of Croatian.
- Experience in Customer Service roles
- You have good knowledge of computer and smartphone use.
- You like communicating on the phone.
What you need to do?
- Supports and advises clients by answering their questions over the phone.
- Informs and advises on products and services.
- Answers calls and e-mail for the client.
- Clearly identifies customer concerns and offers acceptable solutions.
- Manage and document actions and processes in the software.
